Key Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced HVAC technicians with installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Support the warehouse team with inventory management and organization
- Learn essential HVAC skills and techniques from seasoned professionals
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the HVAC industry
- Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer service
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass random drug screenings, including marijuana
Compensation:
Starting at $22.00 to $27.00 per hour pay range, there is potential for advancement and increased earnings based on performance and acquired skills.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime and weekend opportunities as needed.
