As an HVAC-R Preventative Maintenance Technician, your daily duties will include but are not limited to checking the overall operations of HVAC-R Equipment such as:
- Replace Air Filters, water filters, belts, hinges, and gaskets as needed.
- Clean Condenser Coils
- Deep Clean Ice Machines
- Provide estimate information as needed
Requirements:
- Maintain Truck Stock.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to use iPad for daily service calls.
- Communicate with dispatchers and customers.
- Communicates parts information with the parts manager.
- Ability to work in a variety of working conditions, including scaling ladders to various heights, outdoors in hot/cold temperatures
