Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Service HVAC Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in commercial properties in the private and government sectors. As a key member of our team, you will ensure our customers receive top-notch service and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and air quality equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, providing efficient solutions
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, such as cleaning, inspections, and replacing filters
- Communicate with customers to explain issues, system options, and provide recommendations
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Maintain accurate service records and reports
- Respond to emergency service calls as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (Preferred)
- HVAC certification or equivalent training (Preferred)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as an HVAC technician (Preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of HVAC issues
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to be on call for after-hours service (if required)
- EPA certification (Required)
