Growing, locally owned (still operated by owner) Residential HVAC company seeking motivated, and skilled technicians to join our team. Ideally candidates should have strong communication skills, a wiliness to work both in a team and individually and be mechanically inclined.
Skilled technicians would have 2-4 years experience in the field and have their own tools. All candidates should have a clean driving record, be motivated to learn, work well in a team environment and be able to endure the hot or cold temperatures.
Service Technician Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues for all major HVAC systems, including but not limited to heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, mini splits and package systems
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
- Collaborate with dispatch team and service manager to complete repairs and estimates efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
