Reputable and established apartment building management and investment company has a job opportunity for a full-time HVAC Maintenance Technician. Company has been in business for over 30 years and owns and manages hundreds of apartments in areas in Miami-Dade County
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in refrigeration and air conditioning units.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with appliances.
- Conduct inspections and service calls, providing excellent customer service and timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used, while adhering to EPA regulations.
- Drive to various job sites, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of tools and equipment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with HVAC equipment,
- Universal EPA license required,
- Own tools,
- Own transportation (van preferably),
- Local References,
- Basic English.
The candidate must:
- Have an excellent work ethic.

- Be trustworthy.
- Be honorable.
- Work well in a team.
- Be able to work with current technology and smartphone applications.
- Have no criminal record.
Compensation:
Starting hourly pay of $25 an hour plus $400 per month in transportation reimbursements.
Upon completing 6 months of employment, benefits will be provided such as: Paid Vacations, Medical Insurance.
All candidates must have legal work authorization in the United States.
A credit, driving history, and criminal background check will also be completed.
