National Account Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for the coordination and management of service work orders for National HVAC services. Working directly with a team of National Account Managers, daily responsibilities will involve service request creation, work order scheduling, problem resolution, vendor sourcing & relationships, client communication, and system administration tasks. This individual will strive to maintain the highest standards of customer service and client development.
Primary Responsibilities
Working directly with the National Account Management team, assisting in the daily operation activities of multi-unit National retail accounts.
Duties to include, but not be limited to:
- Service Inbox Management
- Service Request Creation and initial dispatch coordination
- Open work order follows up with service providers & customers
- Rotating on-call duties for afterhours and weekend service requests.
- Responsible to adhere to and maintaining designated company standards for operations, dispatching, and system data accuracy.
- Generate reports and measure operational performance.
- Various Administrative tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Ability to learn and utilize effectively a custom work order, scheduling, tracking and invoicing system.
- Must be comfortable with cold calling and prospecting service vendors and screening for contracting of service.
- Must be customer driven and focused to deliver the best possible service, and for the quick and complete resolution to any and all problems that arise.
- Must be able to multitask and work in a deadline driven environment that constantly changes.
- Must possess the ability to think and act independently and spontaneously to a variety of situations.
- Must be a problem solver and maintain self-accountability.
- Any background within the service or facility industry a plus as well as experience in the HVAC industry and dispatching
