Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, with the ability to read and interpret schematics, perform installations, and maintain heating and cooling systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems according to specifications and schematics.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter to troubleshoot electrical components of HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with service technicians and mechanics to design efficient heating and cooling solutions.
- Plumb necessary connections for HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with local codes.
- Conduct system tests to verify functionality and efficiency post-installation.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance services performed.
Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in building and maintaining HVAC equipment.
- Knowledge of refrigeration principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to HVAC installations.

Pay: $201.49 - $242.65 per day
