We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Wash Supervisor with a sales focus to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations for a large, start up car wash facility and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
General Manager or equivalent experience is required. This includes extensive operational experience including proven ability to lead and develop small teams, hit goals consistently, and execute day-to-day upkeep of facilities and/or equipment.
Responsibilities:
· Sales training proficiency
· Supervise a team of car wash Sales Associates, Loaders, and Team Members/ Lot Attendants. Ensuring that they are following company policies and procedures, and providing exceptional customer service.
· Hire and train new staff members on car washing techniques, Sales strategies, customer service, and safety protocols
· Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality control
· Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
· Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and safe for both staff and customers
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
Requirements:
*Previous Car Wash Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Attention to detail and commitment to quality control
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
· Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
