Our current project, Home at Maricopa, is a 536 Unit Multi-family community with 6 apartment buildings and a clubhouse on 18.8 acres in the City of Maricopa. The apartment buildings are 4 and 5 story concrete and steel construction buildings. The clubhouse is a single-story wood framed building.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager experienced with the management of plumbing construction. They will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects plumbing projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control. This role involves working closely with self-performed plumbing crew members and to ensure project success, while adhering to safety standards and industry regulations.
Job Duties /Responsibilities
- Ensure plumbing is being performed in accordance with the detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ability to develop schedule for plumbing crews to work in the most efficient and timely manner.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
- Work with senior management team to coordinate material purchases, deliveries and inventory.
- Conduct daily jobsite inspections and reports.
- Ensure that all plumbing installation meet quality standards and owner specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including building codes and OSHA requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Project Management.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in plumbing industry.
- Minimum 3 years in supervisor role.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and familiarity with estimating tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of plumbing installation techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety regulations.

Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand and walk project site for extended period of times.
- Regularly sit, talk and/or hear for extended periods of time.
- Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel.
- Occasionally required to but not limited to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
- Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolds, stairs and work in confined spaces and in proximity to loud equipment.
- Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 50 pounds regularly/occasionally
- Must be able to respond quickly to sounds.
- Must be able to see and respond to dangerous situations.
- Must be able to safely climb ladders.
- Must be able to wear personal protective gear most of the day.
- May be required to work in hot and cold environments and on concrete floors.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required). This is an in-person position with time split between Scottsdale office and jobsites.
