Anytime Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking experienced HVAC Installers to join their growing team. We are seeking HVAC Installers who love what they do, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working with their helper to show that person the right way to do HVAC installations - neatly, accurately, and ultimately doing the work just like you would do in your own home.

Compensation Plan
- Annual Income $77K-$110K (piece rate pay)
- O.T. on top of piece rate pay
- 3% Commission for all plumbing leads found while installing (both service and equipment)
- 5% Commission on any upselling of items (plus paid to install)
- $5000 Bonus for each 5 years of employment
- Minimum 32 hour weekly pay GUARANTEE
Skills/Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' residential installation experience
- License/Certification: EPA Type II (Required)
- Capable of installing gas split systems
- Proficient at installing heat pump split systems
- Clean driving record and background examination
- Has all personal tools (company provides large tools, vehicle, tool account for personal tools if needed)
- Must be proficient with smartphone and email
General Responsibilities
- Reliably and consistently be ready to go each day, giving your best to each and every installation and customer
- Take the time and attention to detail to perform a complete and accurate installation
- Explain to each customer before beginning and upon completion what is going to occur going forward, (What you will be doing and how long it will take, how to operate the system, and the importance of regular maintenance etc.)
- Be prompt to each appointment, and call and communicate if otherwise
- Ask for assistance when you need it (sign of strength)
- Treat others with the Golden Rule – do onto others how you would like to be treated
