Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
Conduct inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
Respond promptly to repair requests and emergencies.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a General Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and perform manual labor.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical training or certification in maintenance-related fields is a plus.
Previous experience in a maintenance role within the facilities management industry.
