Job Overview:
We are looking for self-employed, licensed HVAC providers who are looking to grow. Our company provides repairs on geographically dispersed rental properties. If you are a self-motivated person, we can help build your business and take it to the next level. We want to work with folks who are ambitious and want to grow together.
In our business you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems for residential properties. Here is a brief summary of what you could expect:
- Conduct maintenance checks and inspections, Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and recommend and make needed repairs. If repairs would not be economically prudent, or parts are no longer available, Install new HVAC equipment.
- Perform emergency repairs and respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and photos of all work performed and parts used
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing using phone, laptop, and other methods with our team.
- Work both independently and as part of a team
You must have at least 2 years of experience, have your own transportation, Certificate of General Liability Insurance, Worker’s Comp or a Workers’ Comp Waiver, and Auto Insurance (in your name). You must also be able to fund your jobs each week till pay day (We pay weekly!) and have a clean background. If this sounds like you, please reach out!
