Anytime Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to join their growing team. Committed to investing in their people, Anytime's onboarding process is thorough, efficient, and yes, enjoyable. The goal is to show you the “Anytime Processes” in a concise manner so you can be on your way independently after a just a couple weeks. - $60,000.00 - $150,000.00+ per year (base, commission, and bonuses)
- Bonus plan (1% of gross income)
- On call only 5 weeks in a year! (Which means way more weekends off)

Compensation Opportunities
- Hourly base pay (commensurate with experience level)
- Weekly BONUS that is tiered by percentage - based on weekly billing amounts (2%-5% bonus on the amount you bill weekly)
- Commissions paid WEEKLY, every Friday
- Monthly service competitions to earn more bonus money or PTO
- 3% Commission for HVAC or plumbing equipment leads that sell
- 5% Commission for plumbing equipment sales (water heaters or tankless water heaters)
- 3% Commission for residential plumbing service call leads
- $10 Commission for each maintenance agreement sold
- $50-$100 weekly bonus for selling 5-10 PMA’s weekly
- Paid $5 for every 5-star review
- $5000 Bonus for each 5 years of employment
Skills/Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' service tech experience
- Capable of troubleshooting split systems
- Capable of troubleshooting light commercial systems
- Clean driving record and background examination
- Has all personal tools (company provides large tools, vehicle, phone, tool account)
- Must be proficient with smartphone, email, etc.
- EPA Certified, required
- Heat Exchanger Certified, preferred
- NATE Certified, preferred

- Reliably and consistently be ready to go each day, giving your best to each and every customer
- Take the time to do a complete and thorough holistic analysis of the system
- Explain thoroughly to each customer what is occurring with their system and offer the right solution(s).
- Be prompt to each appointment, and call and communicate if otherwise
- Ask for assistance when you need it (sign of strength)
- Treat others with the Golden Rule – do onto others how you would like to be treated
