We are looking for a Master Plumber that can work in several counties within the DFW Metroplex area. Plumbers Registrations is needed in the cites of where the work is being completed.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Assemble and install pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures (e.g. sinks, toilets, showers)
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly during construction remodeling projects
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues using pressure gauges and other equipment
- Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning plumbing fixtures and pipes
- Respond to service calls for plumbing repairs or emergencies
- Provide field service for plumbing maintenance and repairs
Qualifications:
- Master Plumber is a MUST
-Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Proficient in reading schematics and blueprints
- Ability to weld and assemble pipes using various tools and techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and provide effective solutions
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working in tight spaces
- Familiarity with construction estimating for plumbing projects
- Experience in construction plumbing is preferred
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
