This position will start out as a 60 day contract. At the end of the 60 days, if we decide you're a good fit, you will be offered full-time employments, plus benefits (health/vision/dental).
Position Overview:
As a recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our hiring process by conducting in-depth interviews via zoom with candidates who have successfully passed previous screening stages. Your primary responsibility will be to assess the overall fit of candidates for positions that are in demand. You will work closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team to ensure that we hire the best talent for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct final, in-depth interviews with candidates for sales and customer service roles
- Evaluate candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with the company’s values.
- Explain job duties and responsibilities clearly to the candidate.
- Enroll candidates into proper coursework needed for the position.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate evaluation criteria.
- Assess candidates’ problem-solving abilities, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Provide detailed and objective feedback on each candidate, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and suitability for the role.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing feedback, answering questions, and explaining next steps.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in conducting interviews (2+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of recruitment and talent assessment techniques.
- Ability to assess candidates objectively, with a focus on cultural and organizational fit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and recruitment teams.
- High attention to detail and the ability to make unbiased decisions.
- Experience in sales and customer service is a plus.
- Ability to use zoom and various CRM’s efficiently
- Strong work ethic
- High school diploma required, some college preferred
