General Manager
The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, exceptional budgeting and finance skills, and strong leadership qualities. The General Manager should account for all business activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, drive sales and improve revenue, maintain relationships with clients, enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives.

- Hours of Operation: 5:00am to 8:00pm
Compensation
- $22.00+ per hour plus bonus incentive
Duties and Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily business operations
- Coaching/Sales/Operations (3 Buckets of Responsibilities)
- Oversees Sales Mgr., hitting Monthly Sales Goals, implementing and trackingLead Generation Tactics
- Oversees Head Coach and Customer Service goals. (Zone 22 and Loving on the Wallflowers). Teaching HEW Standard movements for all exercises.
- Oversees Operations Mgr., ensuring gym is always clean and fully operational with supplies and inventory including Staff Scheduling
- Developing and implementing growth strategies
- Training all managers and staff
- Hitting assigned revenue goals, and meeting quotas.
- Meeting with Owners on a weekly basis to track and measure all goals.
- Evaluating performance and productivity of Management on a quarterly basis
- Analyzing key performance indicators weekly
- Weekly Staff Meetings/Communications via Video or Text
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of management experience
- Good knowledge of business functions
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail• Computer literate
- Previous Sales experience preferred (2+ years)
- Ability to navigate Social Media
- Proactive problem solver (GSD and FIO)
