Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. The HVAC Installer will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet industry standards and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems according to design specifications and schematics.
- Perform field service tasks including troubleshooting and repairing HVAC/R equipment.
- Build and weld components as necessary for installation or repair.
- Conduct thorough inspections of systems to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each job.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding their HVAC systems.
- Drive company van to job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HVAC installation or related field service roles.
- Strong understanding of HVAC/R systems, design principles, and schematics.
- Ability to plumb necessary connections for HVAC systems as required.
- Proficiency in appliance repair techniques is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry advancements.

Pay: $63,834.00 - $69,190.00 per year
