Sonder Hospice is seeking a Community Liaison for the North Austin & Williamson County area to help drive territory growth by establishing new business contacts, maintaining current relationships, and facilitating admissions. As the quintessential relationship builder and educator, you will work closely with hospice staff, healthcare providers, and patients and families to ensure seamless coordination and the highest standards of customer service.

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (i.e., healthcare administration, marketing, or business), hospice experience, preferably in a sales or marketing capacity, and exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, allowing for maintenance of strong consultative relationships with clients. You should also have a high degree of empathy and compassion for patients, families, and the hospice mission, be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively are also essential.

Essential job functions & responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources
- Build and monitor community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of the organization
- Assist in strategic planning to identify opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs
- Maintain comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing
- Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of Sonder Hospice markets
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice
- Ability to market aggressively while simultaneously maintaining positive industry relationships
- Demonstration of good communication, negotiation, and public relations skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources
- Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,382.29 per year
