Work Schedule:
- Picture this: a 5-day work week that will groove into a Saturday or Sunday.
- Sundays have historically been one of our highest closing days for our company.
- Our appointment slots usually kick off at 10 am, 2 pm, and 6 pm. You'll need to be available for three pre-scheduled in-home appointments a day and a sweet bonus—some in-office sales training sessions once or twice a week.
On the Road:
- Get ready to be a road warrior! You might find yourself driving 30 minutes or up to 2 hours to reach those appointments. It's all about making those connections happen, right?

Primary Responsibilities:
- Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to provide in-home estimates for renovation projects like Bath/Shower, Windows, and Doors. You'll be the go-to person, offering professional advice and sincere guidance to potential customers.
Your Qualifications:
- First things first—reliable transportation is key. Excellent communication and memorization skills are your superpowers. Being detail-oriented? Yep, we dig that.
- Experience in direct sales or in-home customer sales? Preferred.
- If you know your way around home improvement, especially Bath/Shower and/or Windows/Doors, that's a big plus.
- Closing deals on a one-call close appointment? That's your jam.
- You're a pro at working independently, multi-tasking like a boss, and managing your time effectively. Oh, and those interpersonal skills of yours? They're golden.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
