Duties and Responsibilities
Lead HVAC projects from concept through to completion, ensuring timelines and
budgets are met.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to outline project scope and
objectives.
Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
Conduct regular project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions with
team members and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
Monitor project performance and report on metrics, identifying areas for
improvement.
Foster a collaborative environment by mentoring junior staff and promoting
innovative problem-solving.
Qualifications
3-5 years in the industrial mechanical field as an Estimator and/or Project Manager
Experience estimating projects that include DX and Hydronic systems
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Proficiency in Relationship Building
Proven track record in winning complex bid projects
Strong collaboration skills with both internal and external project teams
Compensations + Benefits
The annual base compensation range for this role is between $80,000 and $110,000. The
successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors,
including but not limited to work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and professional
qualifications.
