Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial electrical work, with a strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role requires a hands-on approach to building, installing, and maintaining electrical systems while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
Troubleshoot electrical issues using logic controllers and other diagnostic tools.
Ensure all work complies with NEC standards and local building codes.
Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure timely project completion.
Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites.

Skills

Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of electrical schematics.
Strong knowledge of NEC regulations and safety standards.
Experience with hand tools and power tools commonly used in electrical work.
Ability to troubleshoot issues using logic controllers effectively.
Previous experience as a maintenance person or in construction is advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
