We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as an Electrical Project Engineer. As an Electrical Project Engineer, you will work mainly on managing and overseeing MTA projects in the New York Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and understand contract drawings and specifications. Create Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings
- Communicate and coordinate work with subcontractors
- Conduct take-offs for projects and assist with estimates for new project bids
- Manage field activities such as surveys and inspection tests
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Electrical Project Engineer for at least 3 years (experience on MTA projects is preferred)
- Proficient in AutoCad
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organization
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to job sites and the ability to work in various locations across New York City
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- AutoCAD: 3 years (Required)

- South Plainfield, NJ: Relocate before starting work (Required)
