Residential Plumber
We invite full-time Residential Plumbers to join our service team in Union, NJ.

Depending on experience, this role will make at least $25 - $50 an hour. High performers will receive a sales bonus, bringing total compensation between $90,000 and $160,000.

Candidates for this role should have:
· Deep technical plumbing knowledge, with a focus on the residential sector.
· Relevant state licenses and certifications.
· Expert knowledge of safety regulations and local plumbing codes.
· Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
· Fluency in English.
What Will You Do?
First off, you will commit to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Always.
This role will be focused on Residential Service, playing a critical role in responding to plumbing service and repair calls. This will include the most complex of jobs. You will:
· Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, while building strong relationships with our customers.
· Identify potential problems to prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns/callbacks.
· Explain multiple options to the client, keeping them updated with each service performed.
· Educate and assist customers in choosing the best options (quality and financial value) and servicing agreements.
· Understand your service metrics and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
