We walk alongside our patient's journeys – helping with information about the terminal illness; how to manage symptoms as well as providing caregiver tips and education.
Our company is seeking qualified candidates to join our team as a Hospice liaison.
Responsibilities:
- Represents and promotes Comforts of Home Healthcare to healthcare professionals in nursing homes, assisted living, hospitals, home health agencies, physicians in private practice and other community resources.
- Develop and implement programs to raise awareness and educate referral sources and the community on hospice services.
- Implements sales plan and coordinates with clinical leadership to ensure an excellent end of life experience.
- Meet or exceed admission goals on a monthly basis.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with community members.
- Represents the agency in the community.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience Hospice in sales
- Ability to teach our community about benefits of Hospice
- Ability to identify Hospice appropriate patients
- Experienced in new business development and relationship-based sales
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and driven to succeed
- Friendly, professional presence
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to function with minimum supervision
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must successfully pass background and reference checks
- Must have a valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $78,384.37 - $82,406.59 per year
