Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, along with experience in property maintenance and service technician roles. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure the efficient installation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and heating systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welders for installation and repair tasks.
- Collaborate with other technicians to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment maintenance logs.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site.
Experience
- Previous experience in HVAC installation or related fields such as property maintenance or appliance repair is preferred.
- Familiarity with air conditioning systems, heating units, and general mechanical systems is essential.
- Ability to operate various tools and equipment safely, including welding tools if applicable.
- Have most tools necessary to complete job duties is a plus
- A valid driver’s license is required for driving company vehicles to job sites.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
