Your Mission
As our Facilities Technician, you'll be responsible for:
Facility Guardianship: Ensure the safety, security, and optimal condition of assigned buildings
Systems Mastery: Troubleshoot and maintain:
- Power systems
- HVAC controls
- Mechanical infrastructure
Comprehensive Maintenance: Provide expert support in:
- General and preventative maintenance
- Carpentry repairs
- Plumbing systems
Logistical Support:
- Replace lighting systems (bulbs and ballasts)
- Relocate office furniture, machinery, and equipment
Vendor Management: Coordinate and oversee external maintenance contractors
Qualifications We Seek
The ideal candidate brings:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of proven facilities maintenance experience
- Exceptional skills in:
