HVAC & REFRIGERATION CONTRACTOR SEEKING TECHNICIAN, BI-LINGUAL PREFERRED, WITH OVER 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE TRADE. MUST BE RELIABLE, COMMUNICATE WELL AND HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD. EXPERIENCE WITH SPLIT SYSTEMS, PACKAGED A/C SYSTEMS 5-25 TONS COOLING, ICE MACHINES, WALK-IN COOLER/FREEZERS-REMOTE REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS, FOOD PREP TABLES, ETC...
Main Duties Include:
Identifies, diagnoses and repairs systems perform preventative maintenance tune ups and service equipment for maintenance on commercial sites, diagnosing and servicing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems up to 25 tons in size.Evaluates replacement needs or new equipment needs providing "second opinions" when requested.
Fill out all service invoices completely and accurately.
Performs first inspections for new contracts and properly close out all calls (invoices) as soon as they are able to be completed.
