Job description
Job Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience working as a mechanic
- Must be able to read, write and perform basic math
- Ability to handle frequent twisting, bending and reaching
- Understand and carry out oral instructions
- Standing for long periods of time at various heights and walk throughout the day
Specific Work Requirements:
- State Certification – Mechanic
- Must be able to lift at least 60 lbs.
- Must have good driving record
Job Desc
- Responsible for the installation of parts, replacing of parts, troubleshooting and repair of all company fleet vehicles
- Ensures all fleet vehicles are properly functioning and meet State and Governmental regulations
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on company vehicles
- Maintain and secure work tools
- Must be available for snow removal for Company parking lot
- Willing to learn Hilo maintenance and repair (electric)
- Clean and maintain work area
- Work as a team member
- Follow all safety procedures
- Other duties as assigned by supervision/management
