Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Perform remodeling tasks including building new structures or modifying existing ones.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and handymen, to ensure efficient project completion.
- Handle heavy lifting as required for installation or repair tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a plumber with a strong understanding of construction plumbing practices.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints.
- Familiarity with remodeling processes and techniques.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to operate commercial vehicles if necessary.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $26.00 - $29.88 per hour

Experience:
- Plumbing: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- Plumbing License (Preferred)
