Overview:
The construction fleet dispatcher is responsible for coordinating the movement of construction vehicles and equipment by assigning drivers to specific job sites, managing schedules, monitoring vehicle locations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and communicating effectively with drivers, project managers, and clients to optimize efficiency and timely delivery of construction materials and crews to project sites.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with drivers, project managers, and clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage complex schedules and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of construction industry practices, safety regulations, and DOT compliance guidelines.
- Proficiency with dispatching software and GPS tracking systems.
