Responsibilities Leadership Lead with Excellence: Supervise field crews, promote safety, and uphold quality standards that exceed expectations. Build Drive Sales Success: Market and sell HVAC service contracts and retrofit projects with confidence and strategy. Build Relationships: Cultivate lasting connections with customers while ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Accounting Deliver Results: Prepare accurate estimates and budgets, craft compelling written proposals, and oversee project planning and scheduling. Own Financial Outcomes: Ensure timely invoicing, follow up on collections, and maintain positive cash flow.
Requirements Education High school diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree. Experience 3+ years of experience in HVAC or service-related sales. HVAC service experience. Proven success in HVAC sales and presentations. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Skills We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives on achieving goals and delivering exceptional results. Possess strong customer service skills and a high sense of urgency. Excel at multitasking and managing priorities with minimal guidance. Have a mechanical aptitude and an entrepreneurial mindset. Embody professionalism, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to quality. What to Expect This role involves local and occasional out-of-town travel to job sites and customer locations. You’ll encounter various working environments, including exposure to outdoor elements, construction sites, and moderate physical activity, such as handling objects up to 25 pounds. Safety is always a priority, and we’ll provide you with the tools and training to ensure a secure work environment.
