RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the Assistant Branch Manager include, but are not limited to:
Operations Management
- Assist in managing day-to-day branch operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
Team Leadership
- Motivate and guide the team to meet performance goals
- Conduct staff meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback
Reporting and Compliance
- Prepare reports on branch performance
- Ensure the branch adheres to all company standards
Financial Oversight
- Prepare and manage budgets
- Analyze financial data to forecast operational needs
Problem-solving and Decision-making
- Resolve operational promptly and efficiently
- Assist the Branch Manager in making informed decisions regarding branch opertaions
Customer and Vendor Relations
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in operation management or related field
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead collaborative initiatives.
- Self-motivated, organized and results-driven
Preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead-generation tools
- Strong background/understanding of the branch operations and logistics.
- Basic understanding of the company’s industry and target markets
- HVAC industry knowledge
