Natay Electric is seeking a highly motivated and experienced electrician to lead and grow our electrical division. This is a unique opportunity to build something great and play a key role in shaping the future of our company.

What You'll Do:

Lead from the front: You'll be responsible for scheduling, estimating, and installing electrical projects, initially working hands-on in the field alongside your team.
Build your team: As the division grows, you'll recruit, train, and manage a team of skilled electricians, fostering a culture of quality and excellence.
Drive growth: You'll work closely with the owner to develop and implement strategies to expand the electrical division, securing new clients and projects.
Embrace a variety: You'll handle a diverse range of residential electrical projects, including remodels, service calls, EV charger installations, hot tub hookups, and light solar/battery work.

What You'll Bring:

Proven Expertise: You're a licensed journeyman or master electrician with at least 3 years of experience in residential electrical work.
Leadership Qualities: You're a natural leader with excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Growth Mindset: You're driven, ambitious, and eager to build something extraordinary, challenging the status quo in the construction industry.
Customer Focus: You're committed to providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients.
