Our Porsche Technicians are paid salary and not flat rate to ensure they can do the work with the quality needed, and it gives the technician peace of mind knowing exactly what they will get paid without stressing making hours on the flat-rate system. A bonus program for hours produced for up to $250.00 extra per week is available, along with the guaranteed salary.
Individuals must be hardworking and dedicated to providing the highest level of workmanship in the business. We are seeking a person who is highly professional and self-motivated. ASE certifications are ideal, with a strong automotive background and strong teamwork skills.

The Porsche Technician is responsible for efficiently and accurately performing vehicle repairs and/or maintenance work as outlined on the repair order. Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and performing the repair. Conducting multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure the safety and reliability of our customer vehicles.
- Inspect and diagnose vehicles, verifying repair order details
- Perform preventative maintenance, repair, or replace components required
- Keep accurate documentation on all vehicle repair details
- Preventative maintenance recommendations
- Maintain a clean work area
- Willingness to continually learn, be trained/coached, and work as a team member
- Experience on air and water-cooled vehicles
- European Automotive Repair: 3 years (Preferred)

Pay: $32.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
