Refrigeration Management Coordinator (Bilingual ENG/KOR)

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

Maintain, monitor, and manage the refrigeration systems in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of refrigeration units, identifying and resolving issues promptly to prevent disruptions to store operations
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs, installations, and maintenance of refrigeration equipment
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to optimize the performance and lifespan of refrigeration systems
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations related to refrigeration equipment and refrigerants
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and repairs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs related to refrigeration

Qualifications/Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration Technology, or a related field preferred
Basic knowledge of refrigeration systems
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual in Korean and English language is a must
