Overview
We are seeking a security Field Service Technicians to join security integrators in the DFW market. Looking for people that have worked on security systems and have experience with installation and/or field technician. You will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on security equipment and systems in the field.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on security equipment and systems.
- Read and interpret technical schematics to diagnose problems effectively.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on service status and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a field service or maintenance role with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems including work on security solutions.
- Strong understanding of electrical principles and the ability to read schematics
- Experience with systems such as Prowatch, Software House and/or Gallagher
