Carsan Electric is an electrical contractor located in Miami, FL. We are currently looking for an Electrical Apprentice/Helper.
This apprenticeship provide hands-on experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair across a variety of settings, including residential and commercial.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, including wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues and identifying solutions under the supervisor of licensed electricians.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Learn to use electrical tools and equipment properly and efficiently.
- Assist in the testing and inspection of electrical systems to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and concepts.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in acquiring new skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in electrical work
- Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Note: CANDIDATE MUST HAVE WORK PERMIT
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
