**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and fabricating equipment in a variety of settings. **Responsibilities:** - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC filter changes, and equipment lubrication - Troubleshoot issues with mechanical systems including logic controllers and schematics - Weld and fabricate metal components as needed - Supervise and coordinate maintenance projects - Conduct electrical testing using an ohmmeter - Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders **Skills:** - Proficiency in logic controllers and reading schematics - Strong leadership skills for supervising maintenance projects - Experience in residential painting for property upkeep - Ability to maintain and repair various equipment - Welding skills for fabrication work - Customer service-oriented approach to interactions with stakeholders - Familiarity with using an ohmmeter for electrical testing This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your maintenance skills will be put to the test.
