Responsibilities:
- Respond to tenant work orders including appliance troubleshooting, minor plumbing issues, and other in-suite repairs
- Renovate apartment suites and mobile home units on turnover, including painting, flooring, appliance change outs and tub and shower repairs/changouts.
- Work closely with and coordinate all work with on-site apartment manager
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in an apartment maintenance role would be beneficial
- Basic plumbing, electrical and HVAC troubleshooting
- Painting
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
