Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various mechanical systems and possess the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently.
Duties
- Design, maintain, and repair mechanical systems
- Perform field service and on-site repairs
- Conduct HVAC/R and appliance repairs
- Welding tasks as needed
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues promptly
- Work on Ammonia refrigeration systems
- Assist with property maintenance tasks
Requirements
- Experience in HVAC and property maintenance preferred
- Proficiency in HVAC/R systems and appliance repair
- Ability to weld is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge and skills are essential
- Familiarity with Ammonia refrigeration systems is advantageous -Ammonia refrigerant handling experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.12 - $25.11 per hour
