- Pay Rate: $30 - $33 per hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,500
As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in commercial properties. Your role will involve inspecting and troubleshooting HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently, diagnosing system malfunctions, and making necessary repairs or replacing faulty components. You will also conduct system testing to ensure proper function and respond to emergency service calls. Additionally, you will document all work performed and deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clear communication with clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician or in general maintenance (including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry)
- Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Knowledge of energy management systems, chiller operations, and HVAC equipment
- EPA Universal HVAC Certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
