Job Title: Solar Pipeline Coordinator

Role Overview: As a SimpleFlow Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage the pipeline efficiently from the point of sale to installation. You’ll ensure that each project progresses smoothly without disturbances, aiming for quicker installation times and higher realization rates. Maintaining open lines of communication with the CEO and team members via our CRM, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the active pipeline flows unimpeded towards successful completion.
Additionally, you must have solar sales experience and be equipped to step in as a closer when needed. This includes the ability to resell deals, negotiate pricing, and offer discounts to meet customer needs and close the sale. You will be empowered to act with the same authority as the owner, handling paperwork, understanding deal progress, and making decisions that ensure deals are finalized and pushed through the pipeline.
Compensation:
$3,500/month + commissions
