Office Coordinator – HVAC
Cool Air Mechanical, Texas since 1989 is a Top-Rated Residential HVAC company located in the Dallas Metro Plex area and is Partnered with Home Depot. We are searching for experienced HVAC Installation Coordinator to join our company.
Position Summary:
Responsible for assisting the Sales and Installation team with coordination of all required documents and signatures needed in order to finalize daily work orders.
Receives completed sales / installation packages from sales department, reviews sales package for all required financial, equipment, and customer information pertaining to associated job.
Processing and uploading all necessary financial documents, work orders, and customer information into appropriate company systems. Coordinating with Installation and permit department to ensure proper and correct information is entered into Installation folders.
Communicating with homeowner throughout the process and making contact with homeowner day prior to installation to ensure all documents are complete and correct.
Will be responsible for submission of permits to appropriate municipality along with scheduling of permit inspections.
Some AR/AP is assigned to the position.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as installation coordinator within the HVAC Field highly desired.
Bilingual both English / Spanish is highly desirable
Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities to handle complex scheduling and coordination.
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage relationships with installers, comfort advisors, and homeowners.
AR / AP Experience is needed.
Experience with Excell and knowledge of Service Titan and Price Book plus is preferred.
