2nd and 3rd Shift Maintenance mechanics needed for Frozen Bakery Products Manufacturer
Job Description
This is a full-time experienced Maintenance Mechanic position for 2nd and 3rd Shifts at a Frozen Bakery Products Manufacturer. The maintenance mechanic is responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing all plant equipment and maintaining and repairing AC/DC electrical systems (3-phase). Maintenance mechanics are also responsible for troubleshooting our HVAC/Refrigeration systems. Our experienced maintenance mechanics have the skills and flexibility to work on any equipment within the facility and to operate lathes, mills, arc and Heliarc(r) welders for repair, and fabrication.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in maintenance
- Must have own hand tools
- Must have ability to troubleshoot electrical circuits
- Ability to lift 15-50 lbs. with or without reasonable accomodation
Additional Plusses:
- Strong background in electrical/electronics, AC/DC motors
- Be able to read and understand mechanical prints, pneumatic diagrams, and hydraulic diagrams
- Experience with HVAC/ Refrigeration
- Experience with welding and machining
