We are seeking an Lead HVAC Installer with significant experience with installing Heat Pumps systems. The Lead HVAC Installer will be responsible for installations and retrofits of ducted and ductless residential heat pump systems in addition to occasional furnace replacements and other HVAC installations. You will work closely with our HVAC Supervisor and other installers. You will oversee at least one apprentice.

Compensation
Hourly at $35-$45 per hr, depending on experience and licenses held
+ quarterly profit sharing + 4% 401K match + $450/mo in healthcare benefit coverage + $50/mo cell phone stipend
Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience installing residential heat pump systems
- Valid CO Driver's License and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong customer interface
- Process-oriented
Preferred requirements
- EPA Type II or Universal License
- NATE certification
