## Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our facilities through a variety of maintenance tasks.
Ideal candidate must have:
- General knowledge and experience of all aspects of maintenance repairs and services; including but not limited to: minor electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, locks, floor coverings, roll-up doors, roofs and landscaping.
- Must be able to operate power & hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Posses a valid driver license & clean driving record.
- Must work well with little supervision.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Must have the ability to receive directions.
- Must be professional in work and attitude.
- Must have good English communication skills. Bilingual is a plus.
- Must be available for emergency "on-call" duty.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work in the United States.
- Maintain and repair facility equipment and systems
- Provide excellent customer service to all tenants and prospects.
- Drug screening test and background check are required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
