We are seeking a Recruiter to join our light industrial, manufacturing team in North Stuart, FL.
100% Onsite Position
No Experience required.
Love to see people that has done machine operating or assembly at manufacturing companies, or recent college graduates!
1st year pay is guaranteed (whatever Joe says) + uncapped commissions.
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Will be calling, texting and emailing potential candidates to screen for qualifications
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Responsible for building relationships, obtaining referrals and maintaining rapport with associates and continuously explores new recruiting sources, job boards, and forums to assist in growing candidate pools
- Generates leads and referrals to assist the sales team
- Actively participates in all team meetings and actively shares ideas and concepts
- Ensures all hiring paperwork is filled out thoroughly and all required screening protocols are completed including E-verify and I9’s for all new hires; as well as, drug tests and background checks when required by the client
