Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Pool Technician to join our team. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for performing regular pool cleaning and maintenance duties.
Duties:
- Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorination systems
- Conduct regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as skimming debris, vacuuming, and balancing chemicals
- Test water quality and adjust chemical levels as needed
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Pool Technician or in a similar service technician role is not required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use power tools effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
