As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for performing various maintenance functions that are necessary in order to preserve and improve the value of our apartment communities. These functions include but are not limited to: Performing general maintenance repairs, apartment turnovers, complete resident requested service orders & ensuring the integrity of building systems, and ensuring that the overall appearance of the property is in line with company standards.
Skills & Knowledge
- Light carpentry
- Flooring
- Perform plumbing repairs; installing plumbing faucets and drains
Perform electrical repairs
Install kitchen cabinetry and appliances
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job; heavy lifting, climb ladders, ability to stand/walk for 8 hours
- Assist property/business manager as needed in emergency situations
