Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Technical Project Manager to oversee and manage all housing projects. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive expertise in all phases of home construction, from the foundation to the finishing touches. This role requires hands-on knowledge and technical proficiency in various construction trades, along with a strong understanding of the permitting process.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead and manage all aspects of residential construction projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.
- Construction Oversight: Oversee construction activities, ensuring quality and compliance with safety regulations.
- Technical Skills: Utilize expertise in plumbing, electrical work, roofing, drywall installation, painting, and window installation to guide and support the construction team.
- Permitting: Navigate and manage the permitting process, ensuring all necessary permits are obtained and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to building codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction promptly and efficiently.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Plumbing Work: Proficient in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems.
- Electrical Work: Skilled in electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Roofing: Experienced in roofing installation and repair techniques.
- Drywall Installation: Capable of installing and finishing drywall to high standards.
- Painting: Adept at interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation and application techniques.
- Window Installation: Knowledgeable in installing various types of windows accurately and securely.
- Permitting Process: Familiar with local and state permitting requirements and procedures.
Preferred Licenses
- Electrician License: Valid electrician license demonstrating proficiency in electrical work.
- Plumber’s License: Certified plumber with a valid license.
- Roofing License: Licensed roofer with credentials to perform roofing work.

- Proven experience in residential construction project management.
